All products listed by Kidoodle are designed for children but are purchased and handled by adults aged 18 years and above. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally authorized to make the purchase. Prices, product details, availability, and offers may change at any time without prior notice. Kidoodle reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at its discretion.
We strive to display product colors, designs, and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes. Such variations do not qualify as defects. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect information provided during checkout.

All transactions are processed through trusted third-party gateways, and Kidoodle does not store or have access to your complete payment details. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email, WhatsApp, or SMS confirmation depending on your communication preferences.
Shipping timelines may vary based on product category, order location, and courier service performance. Typical delivery timelines range from 4–5 days, unless otherwise mentioned. Delivery delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, weather, or disruptions are beyond our control. Customers are required to provide accurate shipping details, and Kidoodle will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.
Kidoodle follows a strict return and replacement policy. Returns are accepted only for defective or wrong items and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video showing the product’s condition at the time of opening is mandatory for verification. Without a proper video, we may be unable to process replacements. After verification, replacements or refunds will be initiated as per eligibility. Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or handling errors are not eligible for return or exchange.
