Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at the time of checkout. Kidoodle is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable contact numbers, or recipient unavailability.
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (based on customer preference). Delivery charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout before payment.
