Kidoodle maintains a strict and transparent return and replacement policy to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting product integrity. Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A mandatory unboxing video, captured clearly from the moment the package is opened, is required for verification. Without this video, Kidoodle may not be able to process replacements or refunds. Once the complaint is reviewed and approved, the product must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. After inspection, a replacement will be arranged, or a refund will be processed if a replacement is not available. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing time.
Items damaged due to customer handling, normal wear and tear, misuse, or any alterations are not eligible for replacement or refund. Customized, personalized items, or items purchased during clearance sales are non-returnable. Kidoodle reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
